To manage and maintain the common propery of the Managment Corporation according to the provisions of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.

To carry out regular inspection for the development.

To collect Management & Sinking Fund and other levies on behalf of the Management Corporation.

To carry out book keeping for the accounts.

To prepore budgets and propose Management & Sinking Fund contributions.

To attend to and reply correspondences, notices, circulars and feedback on behalf of the Management Corporation.

Assist in convening Annual General Meetings including taking minutes of meeting.
